A special presentation was made by John J. Buturla, Chief Administrative Officer, to Board members thanking them for their service to the Civilian Review Board. Mr. Buturla awarded certificates of appreciation to all Board members. In addition, a special presentation was made to Barbara Carroll, Ann Tramontana and Shirley Wayne Washington for perfect attendance. It was noted that Ms. Carroll has not missed a meeting since her appointment in June 2005 through December 2006. Ms. Tramontana received special recognition for perfect attendance for three years: 2004, 2005 and 2006.
